ご好評をいただいたオーガニックベジタリアンナイト 第2 回目のお知らせです。もちろん、出汁もしいたけと昆布。（ランチバイキングはかつおぶしもつかった出汁です）有機食材をつかって、「有機の畑をひろげよう！」とがんばっているオーガニック・レストラン「広場」の意気込みをごらんください。

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing us always. And we inform you about Organic Vegetarian NIght which is vegetarian buffet dinner held only one night. All of the ingredient are organic vegetables and seaweeds. The soup stock is vegetarian as well, made of siitake (chinese mushroom) and konbu(laminaria). Our restaurant have hoped that more organic field will be increased in Japan. Please catch our enthusiasm for it and enjoy the delicious organic vegetarian dishes!!
